Follow up (AIN) -Iraq ranks the 112th in the annual World Happiness Report, from 1158 countries according to the third World Happiness Report compiled by the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN)

According to the report, Switzerland tops the world's happiest countries. Top five also includes Iceland, Denmark, Norway and Canada. The ranking outsiders are Togo, Burundi, Syria, Benin and Rwanda.
The UAE occupies 20th place, followed by Oman 22th. Qater ranks the 28th. Saudi Arabia 35th. Iraq 112th. Syria 156. In total, 158 countries are ranked.
The study is based on data from the Gallup World Poll, taking into account such factors as real GDP per capita, life expectancy, corruption level and social freedoms. /End/
